Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date cannot be extended.
Vouchers can be redeemed for mobile detailing services only and the unique code must be given when booking. Only 1 voucher can be used per booking.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional vouchers.
If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the recipient. If the service is less than the voucher amount, no cash or credit will be issued for the remaining balance, but this can be used towards another service.
Vouchers are transferable and may be used by someone other than the original recipient, as long as the voucher code is given.
All services and dates are subject to availability, and prior booking is required.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Bookings made with gift vouchers must adhere to our standard terms & conditions, and cancellation policy. Failure to provide sufficient cancellation notice may result in the voucher being void.
