At RS Valeting, we've worked very hard to get to where we are today, and our results & reviews speak for themselves.

We ask that in return, you take the time to familiarise yourselves with our Terms & Conditions & respect our terms of business and our staff.
Requirements
We require a safe electrical socket to plug our extension lead into to provide power.
For health & safety of our staff, and vehicles, we will not carry out valets on any vehicle that is parked on a main road, heavily used road or a narrow road. Please be aware that we cannot operate in pay & display car parks.

If your location does not have a power supply, or is on a main road, heavily used road or narrow road, please contact us to discuss alternative options.
Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are confirmed via text message. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The deposit may be transferred to a future date if the booking is rescheduled once, provided the new date is within 60 days of the original booking. After the first rescheduling, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. The deposit amount will differ depending on location, package and/or work required. Deposits are to be paid via bank transfer or through the website upon booking.
Cancellations
RS Valeting reserves the rights to cancel a booking within 7 days of the booking date in exceptional circumstances. If we cancel your booking and a deposit has been made, this will be refunded in full.
While we cannot control delays due to traffic, acts of nature or other situations out of our control, we will always get in touch as soon as we are aware of a delay that will affect your booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so before 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking fee. If a deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable if the booking cannot be rescheduled. This is due to late notice, and the possibility that we may not be able to secure another booking for that time.
Travel Charges
Travel charges will apply to any jobs located 45 minutes or more from our primary location in Rugby, Warwickshire. A travel fee, based on additional time and/or mileage will be included in the final cost and communicated when booking.
Damage Mitigation
RS Valeting may photograph areas of the vehicle that are already damaged on arrival, and will check over the car with you present and ask the you make us aware of any scratches, dents or blemishes that you are already aware of. If we notice any in addition to this, we will inform you before commencing the valet.
Quality & Liability
All work carried out by RS Valeting is completed to the highest professional standard. If you have any concerns regarding the finish of your vehicle, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will arrange to inspect the vehicle and, if necessary, return to resolve the issue.
After 24 hours, RS Valeting cannot and will not accept responsibility or liability for any marks, damage, or issues that may appear. We cannot verify what may have occurred to the vehicle following completion of our service, including environmental factors, weather, road conditions, or third-party contact.
By booking with us, you agree to this 24-hour notification period and acknowledge that any issues raised beyond this timeframe cannot be attributed to our service.
