Episode #10: Race Team Sponsor & Collaboration

Remember in our last blog we said we had an exciting announcement?
Well..
It still feels surreal writing this. A couple of years ago RS Valeting was just us, a truck, and a never-ending supply of dirty alloys. Now we’re heading into 2026 sponsoring a racing team, keeping their cars clean between races, 2 vans on the road and a unit. Life’s funny like that.
How This Came About
This wasn’t some big master plan. It started as a casual conversation with our customer, we headed to the last race of the season & kept his car clean between races. Then the rest of the team wanted theirs doing in the new race season.
From everyday cars to full race builds, it’s not something we ever imagined we’d be involved in. But sometimes the best opportunities are the ones you don’t plan for.

What We’ll Be Doing Trackside
Race weekends are messy. Properly messy.
Track dust gets everywhere, rubber marks cling on for dear life, oil splashes appear out of nowhere, and bugs… well, they have a rough time.
Our role is to step in between races and get everything back to looking sharp. Clean, presentable, and ready to go again. Same standards we give every RS Valeting customer, just in a different environment.
Why Collaboration Matters
What really made us say yes, was the people.
Working with another team, stepping into a totally different world, and supporting each other just felt right. Business doesn’t always have to be competitive. Sometimes it’s about backing each other and seeing where it leads.
Collaboration opens doors you didn’t even know were there, and that’s something we’re learning more and more as RS Valeting grows.
The Exposure
Of course, the visibility is a bonus. Being part of motorsport puts RS Valeting in front of people who might never have heard of us otherwise.
But it feels earned. We’re there because we’re doing the work, not just sticking our name on something, & that matters to us.
Looking Ahead to 2026
When we look back at where we started, one van, one person, no real plan beyond “let’s just graft”, it’s mad how far things have come. Two vans. A unit. Now this.
It’s not something we ever planned for, I'll be honest, but we’re so proud of how it’s unfolding.
As always, none of this happens without the people who support us. Everyone who’s booked in, shared a post, recommended us, or even just waved when they see a van, you’re part of this journey whether you realise it or not.
2026 is shaping up to be a big one… and we’re just getting started.
